Getting started

How do I install Pressio CRM? +

Go to your WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → search "Pressio CRM" → Install → Activate. The setup wizard launches automatically and walks you through initial configuration in about 2 minutes.

Does Pressio CRM require an account or a subscription? +

No. The free plugin is installed from WordPress.org and requires no external account, no API key, and no subscription. Your data never leaves your server.

Will it slow down my website? +

No. Pressio CRM loads its assets only on Pressio CRM admin pages. The plugin has zero impact on your public-facing frontend — the part your visitors see.

Data & ownership

Where is my data stored? +

All data — contacts, deals, tasks, activity history, emails — is stored in your WordPress database. On your server. Under your control. We have no access to it.

Can I export my data? +

Yes. CSV export is built into the free plugin. Go to Pressio CRM → Settings → Data → Export. Download all contacts as a CSV any time. No support ticket. No fee. No waiting.

What happens to my data if I uninstall Pressio CRM? +

The uninstaller asks if you want to delete all data. If you choose yes, every database table Pressio CRM created is dropped, every option is deleted, and every capability is removed — zero residue. If you choose no, your data stays in the database.

Integrations

Which form plugins does Pressio CRM integrate with? +

Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, and WPForms — all three included in the free plugin. When someone submits a connected form, Pressio CRM automatically creates or updates a contact with the submitted data.

Is the form integration really free? Other plugins charge for this. +

Yes, completely free. Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, and WPForms integrations are built into the free plugin with no upsell. Most competing WordPress CRM plugins gate form integrations behind a Pro plan. We include them free because automatic lead capture from your existing forms is a core feature, not an add-on.

How does email sending work? Do I need to configure SMTP? +

Pressio CRM uses wp_mail() — the standard WordPress email function. It respects whatever SMTP plugin you already have configured (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP, Postmark, SendGrid, etc.). If your site can already send email, Pressio CRM can too. No separate SMTP configuration required.

Does Pressio CRM work with WooCommerce? +

Pressio CRM runs happily alongside WooCommerce and does not interfere with it in any way. A dedicated WooCommerce integration — automatic contact creation from orders — is on the roadmap.

Pricing & licensing

Is the free version really free, or is there a catch? +

No catch. The free plugin is complete for one pipeline. No contact limits. No deal limits. No trial period. No nag screens. The only limit is one pipeline — which is the right amount for most solo operators and small teams.

Is Pro per-seat or per-site? +

Per site — never per-seat. Every Pro license includes all Pro features. License tiers differ only by how many sites you can activate on: 1, 5, or unlimited. Unlimited WordPress users on every site.

Can I use the free plugin on a client site? +

Yes. GPL license — install it on as many sites as you need.

Can multiple users access Pressio CRM? +

The free version is designed for a single administrator. Any WordPress user with the Administrator role can access Pressio CRM. Multi-user features — per-user roles, deal assignment rules, and per-user dashboards — are on the roadmap.
