Is the free version actually free, or is there a catch? +

No catch. The free version is a complete CRM with no artificial limits on contacts or deals. No 14-day trial. No "free tier" watermark. No persistent upgrade banners. The one limit is one pipeline. We ship the free plugin because we want as many people as possible to stop tracking leads in spreadsheets.

Why is the free version limited to one pipeline? +

One pipeline is the right limit for one reason: it's the most natural growth point. Solo operators and small teams almost always start with one sales process. When you've grown to the point where you need a separate "Partnerships" pipeline and a "Client Onboarding" pipeline — that's when Pro makes sense.

Is Pro per-seat or per-site? +

Per site. One flat price regardless of how many WordPress users are working in the CRM. We don't charge per user.

What happens if I don't renew Pro? +

Your site keeps working. You don't lose access to your data. Contacts, deals, and activity history are stored in your own database. What changes: you lose access to Pro features. Multiple pipelines remain in the database but the UI will only show the first pipeline until you renew.

Can I use the free version on a client site? +

Yes. GPL license — use it however you need to. You can install the free version on unlimited sites.

What's the difference between Pressio CRM free and FluentCRM? +

FluentCRM is primarily an email marketing platform — broadcast campaigns, automation for email lists, subscriber management. Pressio CRM is a sales CRM — contacts, pipeline, deals, tasks, email sending to individual contacts. Some businesses use both.

Can I switch from Pro back to free without losing data? +

Yes. Deactivate Pro. The free plugin keeps running. Your contacts, deals, tasks, and email history are untouched. Multiple pipelines won't be fully accessible in the UI (only the first shows), but the data stays in your database.
